Delivery Policy

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. 

We normally deliver within 48 hours wherever you are in Mauritius if the products you ordered are available. We offer free delivery for every order in Mauritius if ordering 5 x 5kg at a time. 

Quantities

For quantities smaller than 25kg a delivery charge of Rs150 per order will be levied. If delivery should be done in Rodrigues or anywhere outside Mauritius you will have to pay for shipping cost. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will inform you and we will deliver part of your order that is available. 

When that item becomes available, we will contact you to deliver the rest of your order. Shipping costs for orders outside Mauritius are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. 

For Rodrigues and other countries the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. 

Shipping

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, custom duties, and excise duties. 

Collection

Please ensure that only one delivery address is entered. The products will be delivered at the given address upon placing the order. 

We endeavor to deliver within 48h  from the date of the order. Delivery is made Monday to Friday between 10h00 and 17h00 without prior notification 

We will endeavor to make a second attempt at delivery on the next working day if no one is present to take delivery at the delivery address. 

If delivery is unsuccessful on this second attempt, your order will be redirected to our warehouse and we will inform you accordingly for collection.
